ExhibitBench stamps and organizes exhibits without your documents ever leaving your Mac. There is no upload, no browser tab and no account - a signed, sandboxed macOS app with no network access at all, so your firm's confidentiality obligations stay simple to prove, not just to promise.
Every matter gets its own numbering registry. Pick a Bates prefix and a starting number once, and ExhibitBench remembers exactly where you left off. The next production picks up at the next number automatically, so a mistyped start number never creates an overlapping Bates range between two batches of the same case.
Bates Stamping
- Batch stamp a whole folder of PDFs in one pass
- Configurable prefix, zero-padded digit width and separator
- Position presets, including the standard bottom-right placement
- The registry advances only when a production actually runs, so numbers are never skipped and never reused
Confidentiality Designations
- CONFIDENTIAL and ATTORNEYS' EYES ONLY legends, plus custom text
